COVID 19. State of emergency. How did it affect our lives?
Worldwide excitement, fear and the feeling of uncertainty are hanging in the air. The Government has adopted a number of measures due to the coronavirus's penetration into our country. Schools, kindergartens, shopping centers, nightclubs and restaurants are closed. Also, some other restrictive measures regarding human interactions with each other have been adopted. The block posts have been installed.
The companies have started to work remotely and asked employees to work from home. Also, companies have changed the work mode and activities of daily living. Sometimes, it is possible to meet with the participants of the Bishkek Forum while jogging, sharing a cup of coffee, or celebrating someone's birthday at the office.
Apparently, many of our participants were not ready for such a biological crisis. The rainy-day fund is still needed even though the business of many people has been diversified in different directions and countries, and all eggs have been put in one basket.
On the other hand, it’s a very good opportunity to improve your business activity and money management skills for the future. It's a good time to think about new areas of activity, to take up the business of agricultural production, and to focus on the online business.
But there is a lot of free time which you can dedicate to yourself. You can finish the things that you have been procrastinating and devote your time completely to your self-education (books, webinars, online trainings). It's a really right time to get a new skill, spend time with your family. It's time to think about things you have been experiencing up to this day and start the new page of your journey.
We all took a forced pause. It is a right moment to ask the questions to yourself like: "Where am I?", "What is stopping me?", "What should I leave in the past?", "Where am I going?", "Wha am I dreaming about?", "Which goal should I achieve by the end of 2020?", "How should I improve my business in the future?"
