The meeting of the two presidiums.
On June 9, 2018 in Bishkek, in the Korean People’s House, was held a meeting of two presidiums, the Public Association of Koreans of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Association of Koreans of Kazakhstan.
This meeting was held as part of the visit of the State Republican Academic Korean Theater of Musical Comedy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In the evening there was a large theatrical performance called "Connected by one fate." The creative team arrived in the amount of 51 participants. The last visit of this level was more than a quarter-century ago. The meeting of the presidiums was held in a friendly atmosphere, the main directions of activity of the two organizations as well were announced common ground and possible options for joint actions.
We hope that this format of such meetings will bring its positive moments not only in the development of the Kyrgyz-Kazakh relations of the Korean movements but will also give impetus to closer and more effective interaction between the Korean diasporas of the CIS.
