Online Conference for Korean Business-Clubs of the CIS initiated by KORYOIN Club

On April 19 this year, an online video conference was held among Korean business clubs in the CIS on the initiative of the KORYOIN club. The conference was attended by about 70 people.

The hottest topic for discussion was the coronavirus.

The disease caused a severe blow not only to the health of the population of different countries, but also to the business sector. During the online conference, UKBC members talked about themselves, their business, talked about the peculiarities of doing business during the epidemic. In particular, about how to adapt and restructure the strategy under the current conditions.

During the discussion, many different topics relevant for businessmen were mentioned: from the production of medical masks and antiseptics to beauty salons, business trainings and food delivery, production of special protective workwear.

The meeting was opened by Igor Lee from the KORYOIN club, talking about his production of microprocessor cards, printing, trade in printing supplies, and IT.

Then, Denis Khan delivered a speech on how he built his business, what difficulties he faces in the period of self-isolation of workers.

The next speaker was Ten Svetlana from Wondon club, the owner of the “Good Mart” chain of market stores. She also shared information about her activities and how the pandemic affected one of the areas in which she was engaged.

Victor Son from Ukraine talked about what he faced as an owner of a business for the import of finishing materials, telecommunications and the production of souvenir products.

Yulia Pak from Kyrgyzstan talked about the adaptation of the beauty industry and online courses.

Vitaliy Yen spoke about running several businesses at the same time.

Dmitriy Kim carried on about consulting services.

The meeting ended with the talk of Alexey Lee from the “KBN” Club and Global Line. In it, he covered the impact of this whole situation on business in South Korea.
