XV Coordination Council in Almaty

From January 31 to February 1, 2020, in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, in the conference hall of the RESIDENT CITY HOTEL, was held the XV meeting of the Coordinating Council of  UKBC.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Coordination Council and guests of honor from different cities of the Republic of Korea, Ukraine, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan.

Kim A.E. proposed to elect Tsoi V.Yu. as moderators of the meeting and Ni V.A., as Secretary of the meeting was chosen D. H. Arystanbaev - All members unanimously voted in favor.

After the presentation clip, UKBC  delivered a welcoming speech by President Kim Alexander, guests of Ogai Sergey (President of the AKT KDT) and Yun Chzhonhyok (Attache of the Commercial Department of the Consulate General of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

The following issues were considered on the agenda of the meeting:

Proposal by the President for changes in the organizational structure

Program of goals and directions of the President for 2020

Work session: identification of tasks based on the 2020 goals of the committees.

Committee presentations.

Decision-making on club fees of UKBC.

 

By unanimous vote, UKBC 2020 goals were adopted:
1. Formation of UKBC  ideology, determination of mission and values, implementation of rules, traditions and symbols.

2. Development of external relations, promotion of UKBC in Korea, as the main partner for business development in the CIS.

3. Increasing recognition through the development of the UKBC  brand, modernization of the site, presence in the media and social networks.

4. Creation and debugging of the organization structure (distribution of the legislative-executive group).
5. Formalization of the transfer of cases to the new President:
- bringing documents to a single format;

- Structuring the UKBC  media bank;

- introduction of a financial report form and an act of acceptance and transfer of financial assets.
6. Development of an assistance mechanism from UKBC  to club presidents;

7. Legal registration of UKBC  .

On the second day of the Coordination Council, we worked out the goals of the President based on the results of the survey.

 

The committees worked out strategies and goals for 2020, and then presented.

Honored guests of the Korean Council shared their experiences, offered options for the promotion and development of UKBC , participated in discussions on the separation of committees.

After the official part of the guests, a solemn New Year corporate party was waiting in conjunction with the Business Club of the Association of Koreans of Kazakhstan and the Shymbulak ski resort: active entertainment and photoset at an altitude of 3200m.
