Finalists in Korea!!
On September 23, the International Tashkent Hotel (Crystal Ballroom) hosted the finalists of the competition for the "Best Business Idea among the Youth of the Korean Diaspora of Uzbekistan", dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Koreans in the Republic of Uzbekistan. This competition has already become a good tradition for young people and has been held for the second year with the support of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Uzbekistan and under the guidance of the Koryoin Club of Korean Entrepreneurs in Uzbekistan.
Within 2 months, the participants were preparing their ideas under the guidance and with the active help of mentors. For many applicants, participation in the contest is the first experience in creating an idea and developing a plan for its implementation, which became an impetus in the future determination of the development vector. Someone will go on to study and learn the basics of management, while someone is already boldly going “into battle” and starting his business. An important component of the competition was a high-quality strict jury composed exclusively of successful businessmen from Uzbekistan, and the final was attended by Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea Chung Seung-gun, and from the hands of a distinguished guest the finalist received the coveted prize for first place.
Finalists of the contest “The best business idea among representatives of the youth of the Korean diaspora of Uzbekistan”:
1st place - “Buy Well” charity store - Lim Vyacheslav, Lee Sean.
2nd place - “Paintball Club” - Chen Konstantin.
3rd place - “Healthy menu of school lunches” - Hon Alina.
For technical reasons, Konstantin was unable to go, and the finalist who took 4th place went instead - “Media Sign” - Vladislav Kim.
The main prize was kindly provided by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Uzbekistan - a trip to the Republic of Korea and meetings with businessmen with the opportunity to visit enterprises and companies.
Now the participants are in Korea and absorb information "on the ground", imbued with the spirit of their historical homeland and get acquainted with the culture and being. They visit enterprises on their topic and absorb the knowledge that can be put into practice in the future.
We wish them to have a good and useful time and come back with new experiences.
