March 15-16, 2019 a city forum was held in Shymkent

“Unity” - under this motto, the first forum was organized in Shymkent on March 15-16, organized by the young club of entrepreneurs “Ilsam”.

Created just a year ago, but by a close-knit team, the Ilsam club hosted guests from Almaty, Astana, Atyrau, Aktau, Tashkent and Bishkek, the nearest territorially business clubs that are members of the UKBC  movement. UKBC  is an association of business clubs in Kazakhstan, Russia, South Korea, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Ukraine. There were 55 participants in total. The purpose of the forum was to organize networking, and for members of the Ilsam club who were not yet at the UKBC  forums, according to Yevgeny Khan, the chairman of the Ilsam club, “get a boost of energy, feel the atmosphere of the forum, feel like part of a large Korean community”. All days the guests were accompanied by volunteers of the youth movement of the Association of Koreans of Kazakhstan in Shymkent and the chairman of this movement, Yuri Kim.

The first day of the forum was held in the conference hall of the Orleu Hotel, where representatives of all clubs made presentations, and after lunch the clubs shared their experience in interacting with public organizations. Guests praised the friendly and warm welcome of the hosts. Evgeniy Kim, a new member of the BC AKK, shares his impressions, Astana: “Everything that was here was gorgeous. But the most important thing is that congenial people have gathered. Now I felt what kind of movement it is, I like it, I plan to visit such forums more”.

“This is my second forum since the opening of our club. When I went to the forum in Atyrau, there was no goal of business development, I am a supporter of communications, living for thousands of kilometers I wanted to communicate. But in the process of meeting, I realized that I began to learn a lot about how other guys were developing their business, being the leader himself, I became interested and wanted to share my experience. First of all, I want us to have cohesion. Let us be few in Kazakhstan, but we must be together. We must help each other, especially since there are few of us”- Vitaliy Tsai, a participant from Aktau.

Unity is the interconnection of certain objects, processes, which forms an integral system of interaction, internally stable in changes and at the same time included in a wider system, ultimately - as part of an infinite world in time and space.

This definition, taken from Wikipedia, fits perfectly with the CIS Business Clubs, which create a single system of networking for the UKBC movement, whose motto is “Uriga - for centuries!”, Which means “We are together for centuries!”.

“Thanks to the UKBC  movement, we began to create joint projects. In my opinion, this movement has a great future, because we are creating it not only for ourselves but also for future generations. Such movements have existed for many nations for centuries, and their strength is in unification. The more we will be, the stronger the synergy from our work will be, ”- Alexander Kim, Chairman of the Bishkek Forum Business Club .

Sergey Khegai, deputy chairman of the Ilsam club, shared his impressions - “The first goal is ethnic roots, so that everyone knows each other, keeps together. If we talk about a business club, so that everyone shares their experiences, so that everyone’s worldview expands, the Koreans expanded their development not only in terms of knowledge, but also the geography of the business, and went international. I have only positive emotions from the forum. I did not expect so many strangers to be all good. Usually, there are different people in families - there are good people, there are not so many people, but here you can communicate with anyone - they are all open, self-sufficient, educated at the same time and willing to communicate openly. This is the most touching thing that hooked me. I want us to continue communication, and not only ourselves, but also families and children. After all, we all carry out the mission - we collect eggs in one basket over a large territory. Our children mustn't lose it. So that it only moves forward for years and centuries”.

In my opinion, the movement of business clubs is doomed to success, because it unites people with high values and gives hope.
